Goals

To improve the mental and behavioral health of individuals and communities we serve through community collaboration and service integration.

Prevention/Awareness​

Mental health public awareness campaigns designed to increase

knowledge and understanding of mental health issues, such as the signs and symptoms of mental illness, the importance of seeking help, and reducing stigma associated with mental illness.

 

Alcohol and drug prevention programs aimed to reduce the incidence of alcohol and drug abuse, promote healthy behaviors and attitudes, and improve the overall health and well-being of individuals, families, and communities.

Integrative Care

Integrated care seeks to provide coordinated and comprehensive services for both physical and mental health.  Integrated mental health care involves a range of services and collaboration among professionals, clients, and families to enhance quality of life including case management, peer support, counseling, ect.

Education

To provide Mental health education about signs and symptoms of common mental illnesses and instruction on managing stress, building resilience, and maintaining good mental health through classroom instruction, workshops, seminars, and webinars.

 

Provide a comprehensive mental health internship and clinical development program in collaboration with Universities such as EOU & NNU and providers including Valley Family Health Care and Insight Counseling & Therapy. This program is designed to offer practical training experiences and clinical development opportunities for aspiring mental health professionals, equipping them with the knowledge, skills, and competencies needed to achieve licensure and deliver high-quality mental health care, thereby contributing to the expansion of the behavioral health workforce in Oregon and Idaho.
